Digital Agency Business needed a brand new website to establish its digital presence and effectively communicate its expertise in helping agency owners scale through mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The objective was to create an engaging site that would clearly present their M&A strategies, capture leads for their exclusive mastermind program, and streamline the user experience to boost conversions. As the lead designer, I focused on building a user-friendly, professional design that spoke to agency owners looking to grow their businesses through strategic acquisitions.

The Challenge:

The main challenges for the project were:

• Building trust and authority for a brand new business in a competitive market. The website needed to clearly position the company as a leader in M&A for agencies.

• Cohesive Brand Identity: While DAB already had a logo and color palette in place, the website needed to bring those elements together cohesively, maintaining a professional and visually appealing design that aligned with their identity.

• Lead Conversion: The site needed to be optimized for conversions—guiding users toward either purchasing the exclusive mastermind program or exploring the other available courses that could kickstart their agency growth.

• Ensuring clarity: Presenting services in an easy-to-understand way without overwhelming visitors.

Sitemap Design:

As part of the website design process, I created a sitemap to ensure the site’s structure was intuitive, organized, and aligned with the business goals. The sitemap was designed to guide users seamlessly through the different sections and services offered by Digital Agency Business, with the ultimate goal of driving conversions. The primary objectives were for users to either purchase the mastermind program or explore the other available courses to get started on their journey toward scaling their agencies.

Design Solution:

For this website, I aimed to create a sleek and professional design that aligns with their fresh brand identity and supports the key goal of conversion. The client had already established their logo and color palette, which I built upon to ensure consistency and professionalism across the site. The modern color palette, combined with professional imagery, set the tone for the site, establishing trust and authority right from the start.

Given that the client’s existing brand assets were limited to the logo and colors, I took the liberty to further develop the visual identity within those parameters by introducing complementary fonts, imagery, and iconography to create a cohesive look that felt both polished and approachable. Custom icons were used to break up the text-heavy content, giving users visual cues while maintaining a dynamic and fresh feel to the design.

I streamlined the user journey by focusing on the most important elements: making it easy for users to explore the Mastermind Program and M&A Strategies. Clear, action-driven CTAs—like “Get Started” and “Learn More”—guide users smoothly from one section to the next, enhancing both functionality and user experience. The visuals throughout the site were carefully selected to tell a story of growth and success, reinforcing Digital Agency Business’s mission of empowering agency owners to scale through M&A.
